The young Lady Grace that works in the office is by far the sweetest, Kindest, hard working young woman. She knows me by name when I come in and is always so kind when I have a problem or question. The office is always clean, and so is the rest of the place. My wife and I are always greeted with a smile and treated like she has known us forever. It is a complete indoor storage place. My wife is always safe there and out of the elements. They offer security and cleanliness. It is so convenient to have the drive through for older individuals. I came for some of the features offered but stayed because of how I was treated.

Nice, clean, and indoors. Prices are a little high. But its new, centrally located, and Indoor.... did I say indoor. Thats nice.

Convenient

It's just NICE, compared to other Longview storage facilities. You drive inside, automatic lights, and its kept very clean.

Climate controlled

I had an issue with the insurance company that the storage facility requires for contents stored at the facility. Both the owner and the manager both made sure I was taken care of. Would use them again.
